Memo Book Size:
2 3/4" x 4 3/4" page size.
Imprint Area:
2 5/16" x 4 1/4".
Paper:
Covers are a sturdy 100# white cover stock. There are 60 inside pages (30 leaves) of 15 lb.
white bond paper with 1/4" spaced, light blue, ruled lines, front and back.
Cover Copy: We will put any amount of line copy on the outside front
and back covers at no extra cost.

Cover Colors for Hot Neon Memo Books:
All orders will include an assortment of
approximately equal amounts of each of our neon colors: pink, green, light orange,
yellow, and red. Because of production limitations, orders requesting a single
color of neon cannot be honored.
Logos, Photographs, Etc.:
Reproduction of photographs, screen or phantom imprints,
and reverses cost $18.00 extra. Camera reductions or enlargements costs $12.00 extra.
There is no extra charge for
reproducing logos, line drawings, or other copy that may be photographed the same size.
Standard calendars and charts available at our factory can also be furnished at no
extra cost. If special calendars, charts, etc. are desired, please contact our
factory for a quotation.(Standard calendars or use of photographs is not recommended
on neon memo books).
Imprint Colors:
All imprints are matched out of
4 Color Process inks that might be slightly lighter or darker on
the finished product.

If an exact Pantone color ink (PMS color), or controlled color is required,
please add 10% per color to the Item (Cat. No.) cost in the price chart above, and provide
the PMS color number with your purchasing order.
Ink Color for Neon Memo books:
Ad copy may be printed in black only.
Binding:
Folded and saddle with 2-wires across top 2 3/4", opening as
a steno notebook with 2-round corners.
Proofs:
If requested, a digital proof is available for $20.00.
Any author's alterations made after the proof has been shown will be billed at our
current hourly rate.
Coy Changes:
Of three to four line for different locations or salesman imprints
are offered at $20.00 extra.
500 Book Multiples Only:
Changes in printing and actual quantities ordered must
be in multiples of 500 books.
Perforated Pages:
For easy removal are available. See price chart..
Inside Page Change:
From our standard 1/4" horizontal ruling in light blue ink is
available on orders of 25,000 or more books. Contact factory for information.
Shrink Film Wrapping:
Is available at $0.48 per package and a maximum of
25 memo books per package.
Custom Logo Artwork:
Provide black and white camera
ready artwork to size, or go to the following link for requirements.

Production Time:
From receipt of complete order and
approved artwork, please allow 12 - 15 working days, production
time in the plant. The memo book covers are gang run, 16 orders of the same ink color
and quantity to the gang. For that reason, normal production time can vary. If a
proof is sent, please add time for return of proof.
Changes:
If a proof is sent and changes are made, these alterations will be
charged at our current hourly rate.
Shipping:
FOB factory. We will use our
discretion as to the best method to be
used. Please call us for approximate freight charges
when ordering.

Drop Shipping:
No extra charge if in multiples of our standard packaging, otherwise
add $7.00 per location and $2.00 per carton.
