Set-up Charge:	Add $40.00 per color per design for original orders. Re-orders add $20.00.
Minimum order:	100 pieces per color per design.
Imprint Area:	1-1/4" by 3" per side. 1-1/4" by 7-3/4" wrap.
Imprint Colors:	Our standard ink colors are: white, reflex blue, black, red, emerald green and bright yellow. Other colors are available. Quotation upon request.
Typesetting:	Add $35.00
Artwork:	Please supply clear, sharp, black and white camera-ready artwork with your order. If multicolor imprinting is required, supply camera ready color separated artwork for each color. If art needs to be cleaned up, layout or preparation will be charged at $45.00 per hour (1-hour minimum). Call us for more information. Requirements to e-mail artwork, click here.
Assembly:	Add $0.40 each.
Production Time:	Approximately 3-4 weeks. We may need 3 extra days production time for items with second side or additional color imprint. Production time will begin when payment and artwork are approved.
Over or Under Runs:	Permissible 5% and billable.
