Imprint Ink Colors:
All imprints are matched out of
4 Color Process inks that might be slightly lighter or darker on
the finished product.

If an exact Pantone color ink (PMS color), or controlled color is required,
please add 10% per color to the Item cost shown in the price chart above, and provide
the PMS color number with your purchasing order, or send us an ink sample.
Imprint Area:
Style 12-BK - top 21 1/4" x 3 1/8";
style 12BG - top 21 1/4" x 2 7/8", side 3" x 8 1/4"; style 12BT - top 21 1/4" x 3 1/4",
bottom 13 1/4" x 1 3/4".
Style 12BT has been redesigned with a top & bottom imprint area, rather than a side imprint.
Please contact our Customer Service Department for imprint area of taped top pads. No
changes are allowed in the pre-printed calendar
portion of the desk pad.
Proofs:
If requested, a digital proof is available for $20.00. Any author's
alterations made after the proof has been shown, will be billed at our current hourly rate.
Custom Logo or Artwork:
Please provide black and white camera
ready color artwork to size (see imprint area above. No halftone

Shipping:
FOB plant. We will use our
discretion as to the best method to be
used. Please call us for approximate freight charges
when ordering.
Drop Shipping:
No extra charge for drop shipment in multiples of our standard
packaging, otherwise add $7.00 per location and $2.00 per carton.
Type of Packaging:
bulk - ED 100 Series 20 pads per carton unless specified. Shipping weight:
48 Lbs. per carton for both the 21 3/4" x 16 3/4" and the 23 3/4 x 18 3/4" sizes. Mailing
containers: available at $1.30 extra for
each container. Poly film envelopes: $0.60 extra for each envelope.
Item GB900 -40 pads per carton, 54 Lbs. per carton. Item GB901 - 40 pads per carton, 66 Lbs.
per carton.
Normal Production Time:
From receipt of complete order and
approved artwork, please allow 15-20 working days production
time in the plant on custom or imprinted merchandise,
unless otherwise noted. NOTE: We may require extended
production time from October through December.
If an artwork proof is sent, please allow time for return of proof.
